My Instagram account does not show up when I connect.
Make sure it is a business or creator account and linked to a Facebook page you are admin of. Then connect again and tick the page in the Meta window.
A post was not published. What now?
Open the post: the reason is shown under Publish. Fix it (for example a video that is too long) and press Try again.
Why are my follower numbers starting from today?

How do I turn on notifications on my phone?
Open AIGROW on your phone, go to Settings › Profile › Notifications and press Turn on notifications. On iPhone, first add AIGROW to your home screen.
